Mark Sullivan
President
Mark Sullivan entered the safety business as a manufacturer’s rep in 1987. Throughout his career he has served distributors and end-users from Virginia to Maine. He has a BSBA in Marketing from the University of Hartford. Mark has served as the agency’s President since 1999. His commitment to excellence has resulted in loyal, trusting relationships with some of the major distributors in the Northeast. Mark lives in Suffield, CT.

Drew Moran
Sales Representative
Drew has been in the safety industry since 1990. He has served as a Northeast Regional Manager for a gas detection company. However the majority of those years have been spent as a manufacturer’s rep in the New York State territory. Drew is considered one of the premier resources for technical safety sales in NYS, specializing in gas detection, confined space, PPE and fall protection. He has valued relationships with most of the major end-users in his territory.

Tom Smallwood
Sales Representative
Tom Smallwood joined the agency in July of 1996. Tom lives in Annapolis, MD and handles some of the major distributors in the Mid-Atlantic region. He has a BA in Economics from the University of Maryland.

Charlie LeBlanc
Sales Representative
Charlie LeBlanc has been with the Sullivan Group since January 2000. He has over ten years experience as a Safety and Industrial Hygiene professional with Digital Equipment Corp. and Intel Corp. He was also a Senior Consultant and salesman for Innovative Safety Professionals Inc. Charlie is also an OSHA Authorized Trainer for General Industry. Charlie lives in Worcester, MA.

Tim Conlon
Sales Representative
Tim Conlon joined the Sullivan Group in 1999 and has been in the safety business for over 20 years. He was the East Coast Regional Sales Manager for Bettcher Industries for 8 years. He moved on to be the Eastern Regional Sales Manager for Wells Lamont for 2 years. He was also the National Sales Manager for Safehouse Signs. Tim resides in Derby,CT, located in the heart of the “All American Valley”.

Scott Kinky
Sales Representative
Scott Kinky joined the Sullivan Group in 2001. He was the Regional Sales Manager for Wells Lamont for five years before joining the agency. Scott is a graduate of Westminster College in New Wilmington, PA and resides in Perkasie, PA.

Frank Dykas
Sales Representative
Frank has been in the safety industry since 1988. He started his career with a safety equipment distributor in NJ, delivering PPE solutions, Instrumentation and OSHA training to a wide variety of customers. He has expertise in gas detection, confined space, and fall protection. He is a volunteer fireman and specializes in fire protection. Frank is a certified trainer and is frequently asked to speak at conventions and trade shows.
